Thorn's Gateshead scheme wins prestigious energy saving award
Thorn is celebrating after winning the most prestigious category in the 2009 EMILAS awards. The 'Energy Management and Innovation in Lighting Award Scheme’, reinstated by the Lighting Industry Federation after an absence of 18 years, are recognised as the premier energy-efficiency awards for the UK lighting industry. The winning schemes were announced on 19th May at the Federations’ AGM in London.
